The best diet for you

Do you have issues with low energy, inflammation, irregular blood sugar levels, poor digestion (bloating, diarrhoea or constipation), hormone imbalance or poor immunity?
It is my view that the most significant health improvements can be made by eliminating sugar and vegetable/seed oils, as well as ensuring adequate intake of bioavailable protein and healthy fats.
Why remove vegetable/seed oils?
Extracted from seeds using extreme heat and chemicals, vegetable/seed oils are not real food, so the body has a hard time knowing what to do with them. Instead of being used for energy, they accumulate in our body fat causing many health issues and an inability to lose weight. They are also extremely high in omega 6 fatty acids and so end up being highly inflammatory to the body.
Why protein and fat?
Protein is used to build our tissues, including our muscles, skin, organs, connective tissues, bones, hair and nails. Protein is also required for healthy immune function and is used to make enzymes and some hormones. If any of these body systems are depleted or lacking, we need ample protein to restore function.
In addition to being a source of energy, fats are required components of cells and cell membranes; are critical for normal nerve function; are required for healthy hair, skin and strong nails; are required for healthy brain function and brain development; improve the efficiency and effectiveness of blood clotting when required; assist in reducing inflammation and increasing immunity; improve blood vessel elasticity; transport and store fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K; increase absorption of calcium and magnesium; and decrease the risk of depression and anxiety.
